Turkey Noodle Soup Recipe

Soup is a wonderful comfort food and this Homemade Turkey Noodle Soup is a great option for people looking to eat healthier.

you get home from work, in a separate stock pot, boil 6 cups of water with 2 Tbs Better Than Bouillon Chicken Base. I love using Better Than Bouillon for this Turkey Noodle Soup Recipe because it was recommended by the chef in one of the cooking classes I attended. It is organic and has much more flavor than regular bouillon. Put carrots, celery, and onions in pot and let pot boil. Then, reduce to medium heat and cook vegetables for an additional 10 minutes or so until soft.

Turn off the crockpot and pour the contents into the stock pot. Open, rinse, drain, and cut 3 packages of Miracle Shirataki Noodles into bite size pieces.

Why Use Shirataki Noodles for This Turkey Noodle Soup Recipe?

Shirataki noodles are a Japanese noodle made from yams that is made up of just water and fiber and has no calories or carbohydrates! It’s a great alternative to use when you are craving pasta or noodles. Put the shirataki noodles into your stock pot. Use your ladle to break up the turkey breast into bite size pieces. Ladle two cups into a bowl, grind some fresh pepper, and enjoy your turkey noodle soup!
