How to Read Food Labels and Heal from IBS– #007

Mira Dessy went from being diagnosed with IBS, living on the sofa and not being able to walk up a flight of stairs without lying down at the top stair–to today where she no longer feels achy, doesn’t have any bloating or GI distress, and has no more rashes or sinus infections simply by changing her diet.

Mira is a Certified Nutrition Educator and real food advocate who emphasizes a healthy lifestyle and eating whole foods. She speaks frequently to laypeople and nutrition professionals on how to navigate the grocery store’s mammoth packaged food stock to decipher confusing food labels, and choose healthy convenience foods.  Her motto is “eat well to be well”.
