    I’ve been reading and trying to eat right for 40 years. Your program today on Thyroid was very good and helped to explain more about the thyroid and adrenal glands. I’m almost 70 years old, and I don’t need any doctor prescribed drugs as yet. I’m always asked what drugs my doctor has me on and no one can believe I’m not on meds. I truly believe that the change in diet 40 years ago is the reason I’m more healthy than normal. I eat organic, and try to eat fresh veggies, but know I don’t eat enough veggies. I also am careful about the chemicals I come in contact with, and use more natural products. I just found your podcast, so naturally I’m very interested in getting it and your Pearls of Wisdom.
