In today’s episode, I chat with Janie Schumann is a professional health coach, biofeedback specialist, and gluten-free consultant in the NW Arkansas area. 

Her health journey started when she was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, and after finding her underlying stressors and fixing them, she now lives an active, healthy, and pain-free lifestyle. She works with groups or individuals who want to make positive lifestyle changes reach their full potential using natural alternatives and food as medicine.
